Ancol Prepares Firework New Year’s Eve Party to Mark 2024 Countdown

The Ancol Taman Impian is about to present a series of festive events to welcome New Year's Eve 2024.

The excitement of the event will be hosted by Ben Kasyafani and Celine Evangelista

PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk Corporate Communication, Ariyadi Eko Nugroho said the peak New Year's Eve event will be held with the theme "Jakarta Biggest Musical Firework" in the Lagoon Beach area.

There are also performances by artists from the capital, namely Rony Parulian, Fakedopp, Om Tarlo & Tasya Rosmala, Tony Q, and Serempet Gudal.

Besides displaying the biggest fireworks party in the Lagoon Beach area, visitors can also enjoy the peak New Year's Eve at Ancol Carnaval Beach which presents "Gempita 2023". They can also watch spectacular performances by several well-known artists such as Noah, The Changcuters, Rhoma Irama & Soneta, Jamila, and Anna Zanet.

"The excitement of the event will be hosted by Ben Kasyafani and Celine Evangelista," he expressed, Tuesday (12/26).

He is optimistic that the number of visitors on New Year's Eve will be high. Therefore, to anticipate a surge in visitors, the capacity of the beach area will be increased by setting up a central parking system. This system will apply to visitors from December 31, 2023 at 5 AM to January 1, 2024 at midnight.

Visitors who bring motorcycles will be directed to the parking area that has been provided which can accommodate 8,680 cars and 18,400 motorcycles.

To maintain the security and comfort of visitors, Ancol will involve 800 joint personnel from the police, army (TNI), Satpol PP, Transportation Agency (Dishub), Fire and Rescue Agency (Damkar), and Operational Officer. It includes eight lifeguard posts, seven security posts, seven ambulances, and five towing cars.

"For mobility inside the Ancol area, we also have prepared 76 Wara Wiri shuttle buses and three Sato-Sato trains. All of them can be used by visitors for free," he stated.
